Document Checklist
- Report cards - last 3 years
- Standardized testing scores - last 3 years
- Attendance and behavior reports from previous year
- Name and email of current or previous year teacher
- Court documents (related to custody, guardianship, name change, etc., if applicable)
- IEP/504 plan for any learning accommodations (if applicable)

Step 5: Notification of Admission
- Successful - successfully completed the admissions process and is ready for enrollment (while student's acceptance is based upon past achievement and a favorable teacher recommendation, all students accepted will be on a 9-week probationary period for academics and discipline)
- Probationary - student has deficiencies in academic performance, school attendance, or behavioral issues that require specific probation guidelines. Administration will monitor student progress and determine if student will remain at NFC.
- Denial - for reasons of academic deficiency, behavioral and/or attendance patterns that prevent admission. NFC also reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any student or student of families who have demonstrated disharmony regarding the purpose, objectives, standards, policies, rules, and regulations of the school.

you must have completed steps 1-5 above.
Step 6: Fill out online application to secure your spot at NFC; please submit with application:
- $250 enrollment fee
- Birth certificate
- Up-to-date immunization record
- Latest school physical
What does the admissions committee review?
- Student must maintain a C average (2.0 GPA) or above in academic classes
- Test in the 50th percentile for standarized tests
- Have satisfactory behavior and attendance records
- Must receive a favorable teacher recommendation
